Landing Page (Full page attachment)
Hey everyone, and a happy ?? Monday to you!
As promised, I got back to you guys with the final piece of this project: Full Landing Page (updated Welcome, About, Services, Scheduler form, Exit Pop-up Promo, Full-Screen Menu, and Footer), take a look at the attachments and related screens (links below).
A short story about the user flow and interaction:
Landing Page (attachment 1)
I was telling you guys about selective & dynamic content, in my other posts (content is split into interest pages - some users interact with scenario A, some with scenario B, and the rest, well, with the default one). In this design (full landing page attachment), the visitor doesn't belong to either of the categories A or B, so what he sees is the full default content - for us to learn focus areas of interest and maybe win him over with our services or promos.
Full-screen menu (attachment 2)
Keeping in mind another important factor and preference of our 85% target audience - quick interaction - I created a full-screen menu with a toggle option "Quick preview ON/OFF" (automatically set to "ON"). This allows the user to have a quick preview (image) of the content he's about to enter on mouse-over of a certain category from the menu. The "System info" window (usually placed in the top part of the screen) helps the user learn about what else surrounds him, how something works or what is happening when he's executing an action, and also brings some safety feel to his experience.
Exit Pop-up Promo (attachment 3)
A common strategy to force users to submit their email addresses for some sort of promotion, in this case, the user already knows of this promotion because they have already seen it on the website's landing page - before exiting we're reminding them one last time, as it is a free service that will bring value to them on the long term - to be tested.
*tiny note: excuse my amazing copywriting skills, I'm just coming up with stuff as I go :D. Also, pardon my typo there ._. fixed it in the attachment*
