Intro
IMMO is not just another name in the prop-tech realm. By harnessing the power of data, tech, and AI, they're transforming our understanding of residential investments. After securing over $75m in their Series B and expanding to a team of 300, IMMO has rapidly emerged as one of Europe's trailblazing prop-tech entities.
By going through UX strategy, research, design, and prototyping, we partnered with IMMO to conceptualize and develop an MVP mobile app with a prime focus on elevating the tenant experience in Germany.

We started by inviting the Immo product and business teams to discuss their vision for the future app and the underlying business goals.
Talking to the users
We've heard directly from couples and families from the main German cities about their recent tenancy experience to uncover their pains and motivations.
Translating Needs to Digital Experience
After delving into over 10 hours of interviews, conducting a SWOT analysis for 12 competitors, and narrowing down to 5 MVP features, we transitioned to sculpting the app's visual language.
