"Hope follows courage"
Can never remember where I heard this quote, but it's stuck with me over the years. These days, especially, it feels there's a constant search for hope, but the harder I look the more I realize it's not to be found outside — it comes from the courage we have inside.

So what if hope and courage were butterflies, one following from the other? Different, but inextricably linked! When you have courage, hope will follow :)
