Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time remote role, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand's visual identity and contribute to a variety of exciting projects, from UI/UX design to print media and branding.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of up to $85,000 or based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple team members on various materials, including web pages, software user interfaces, presentations, sales collateral, print media, signage, and other marketing materials.

  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

  • Develop concepts by hand or with software and execute original content by determining the ideal color, text, font style, imagery, and layout usage.

  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials based on best practices for using a content management system.

Goals and Expectations

  • Work on various projects and media, using multiple software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

  • Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations.

  • Work independently and cooperatively with our team to meet deadlines and stay within budget.

  • Update and maintain internal databases for design, photography, and video assets.

Requirements

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

  • Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
